Paintings, logbooks, diaries, correspondence, and poetry by American artist William A. Kennedy Martin, a noted landscape, marine, and historical painter. Hardbound logbook, with W.A.K. Martin on cover, contains lists of engagements, news clippings, and what appear to be diary entries or notes.
Contains an album of photographs of Georgetown University, ca. 1906-1907, when Martin was enrolled in the Preparatory School.. Includes shots of the construction of Ryan Gym, first baseman “Bert” Farrel, backstop “Fritz” [Frederick?] Sitterding, and Conde Pallen. Also a scrapbook with clippings (many concerning track), 1907-1912, examination papers, and Ye Domesday Booke, 1912, signed by Martin.
Autograph manuscripts include the lecture series “History and Development of Constitutional and Civil Liberty.” The collection also contains additional lectures on law, as well as notebooks. Also, obituary notices, funeral cards, and file on the Morris Medal, founded eponymously in 1875. Included are photocopies of letters to Georgetown College president, J. Havens Richards, S.J., re Morris (dated 1889-1909).
The Berkofsky Papers are composed of correspondence and legal documents from Twining Vs. Berkofsky, a legal case spanning from 1975 to 1977 over the copyright of Max Bruch's Duo Piano Concerto in G minor with Orchestra Opus 88a.

Also included are the team budget for 1961 and the program from the 1962 Athletic Award Banquet, signed by Coach Don Cadle and all the crew team members who received "G" certificates (David Casey, Patrick D.
