The Franco-American alliance Collection contains research materials assembled by Robert W. Hartley (b. 1911) for his study of the Franco-American Alliance of 1778. Included are manuscripts, notes, microfilm, and photocopies of documents and secondary source material.
The Willard Leon Beaulac Papers document the career of Willard Leon Beaulac, who served as U.S. Ambassador to five countries in Central and South America. A few pieces of correspondence appear first in the collection. Periodical clippings appear next. Photographs round out the collection. There are several notable photos, such as many photos of Beaulac and some photos of President Dwight D. Eisenhower, Vice President Richard Nixon, Fulgencio Batista, and Dag Hammarskjold.

Much of the correspondence in this collection has to do with the column Belloc contributed to "Land and Water," a periodical founded by James Murray Allison to cover aspects of the war efforts during WWI.
