Container Summary

This folder consists of a general file on Francisco Franco (1936-1938). Included are mostly N.C.W.C. news releases along with copies of correspondence, newsclippings, pamphlets, a few speeches and articles [both typescript and printed]. It should be noted, however, that the material in this folder does not exclusively pertain to Franco. Much of it pertains, in general terms, to the Spanish Civil War, although there is significant Franco material included. Among items of interest are: "The Labor Charter in National Spain"; pamphlet entitled "My Spanish Adventure" by John Sheahan Connolley.
