Abstract

The collection consists of materials on library ethics and medical experimentation on prisoners created by Mary Lee Bundy. Bundy (1927-1987) was a professor at the University of Maryland, College Park, College of Library and Information Services. She was also one of the officers of Urban Information Interpreters, Inc., a non-profit organzation that sought to make information services accessible to the urban poor.

Abstract The collection publications and ephemera related to the Kennedy Institute of Ethics and its library, dating from 1971 to the 2010s. These include newsletters, promotional materials, and clippings. The collection consists of administrative records relating to Trialogue meetings, including agenda, minutes, and correspondence, as well as papers written by participants and newsclippings about the program.

Scope and Contents The collections contains the papers of Catholic scholar Gerard Mannion (1970-2019), who served as a professor in the Department of Theology and Religious Studies at Georgetown University from 2004 until his death in 2019. The Russell B. Shaw Papers comprise 4.5 linear feet consisting of 43 folders arranged in three boxes. The papers consist almost exclusively of manuscripts of eight books written by Shaw and two books co-authored by C. A. Koob and Germain Grisez.
