Found in Notes:  Among this material we find such things as a letter from Sir Arnold Lunn to Bernard Wall mentioning its success in some American intellectual circles, letters from Thomas Derrick about a cartoon he was commissioned to draw for the magazine, a letter from Thomas Gilby regarding a dinner he was holding to benefit Colosseum and printed ephemera advertising the publication to potential readers and advertisers.

Colosseum was short-lived, however, and it was not until after the War that Bernard Wall was to found another publication, Changing World.

The Rogers Family Papers consist of fifteen series, the first being on the Rogers & Clarke families in general, and the remainder focusing on the papers of individuals such as James Webb Rogers I, J. Harris Rogers, James Charles Rogers, Cora Rogers Clarke, Phillips H. Clarke Jr., Mae Harris Clarke and George E. Sullivan. The final series contains objects and oversize materials of varying types.

Found in Notes:  The Inventive Age (1870s - 1920s) was a time of great change, with hundreds of amateur inventors appearing all over the world, and just as many speculators and short lived companies as one could imagine. J. Harris Rogers was a good example of such an inventor, always pursuing the latest field of discovery, and his father and brother James Charles Rogers were prime examples of the speculators during this period: forming companies, selling stock, and pursuing patent legislation.

Leon Keyserling Papers

The collection includes that part of Keyserling's papers which relate to his long tenure as legislative aide to Senator Robert F. Wagner. Besides correspondence from Wagner, it contains numerous drafts of bills written by Keyserling, such as the Housing Act of 1937 and the Wagner National Labor Relations Act (present in eight separate drafts), files of campaign speeches, and related material.
