Letters and correspondence consists primarily of letters received by Montague Summers which are enhanced in several instances by the survival of Summers' holographic letter drafts; these correspondences are found primarily in the letters from R.A. Caton of Fortune Press and Greville Poke of Everybody's Weekly, longtime publishers of Summers work. DuVal (1896-1989), an American naval officer who was an expert on the Panama Canal.
