Engert for the Sec'y of State regarding governmental affairs and political events in Venezuela, all of which were found together with items in the following two folders with a letter from the National Archives declassifying the material. Discussion of the New England Oil Refining Company, boundary talks with Brazil, a 1929 visit by Charles A. Lindbergh and J. T. Trippe of Pan American Airways, Falcon Oil Corporation, the oil industry, and a visit by the U.S.S. Rochester. Includes reports # 1905, 1910, 1918, 1921, 1935, 1939, 1954, 1958, 1961, 1995, 1996, 2001, 2014, 2019, 2027, 2044, 2055, 2065, 2066, and 2087.
