Personal letters and materials relating to Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, SJ., collected by Marie-Therese Cosme and written by mutual friends Pierre Leroy, SJ; Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, SJ; and others. Includes offprints of monographs by Leroy and Teilhard de Chardin. Also letters from French explorer and spiritualist Alexandra David-Neel (1868-1969) and Emmanuel de Breuvery, SJ (1906-1970).
The collection primarily consists of interviews conducted by James H. Jones with medical professionals who were responsible for the care of David Vetter. Vetter suffered from severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID) and was popularly known as the "Bubble Boy." The interviews were conducted in 2001 for a book that was ultimately not completed. Additionally, the collection contains audiovisual materials and photographs related to Vetter.
Correspondence of Elizabeth, Countess of Iddesleigh and sister Susan Lowndes, the daughters of writer Marie Belloc Lowndes. Includes letters from English Catholic writers Isabel Clarke; Martin d'Arcy, SJ; Arnold Lunn; Archbishop David Mathew; as well as more than 130 letters by C.C. Martindale, SJ, many written during internment in Denmark during World War II.

The collection pertains to the catalogue "Words and Image IV" published for an exhibition of "Paintings, Engravings and Writings of David Jones" at the National Book League, U.K., 1972. The final edition of the catalogue is included (Folder 3).
The Abshire papers contain materials relating primarily to his service with the U.S. State Department in the 1970s with the Murphy Commission (Commission for Organization of Government for Conduct of Foreign Policy), and to the history and operations of the Center for Strategic and International Studies (1974-1983, then connected with Georgetown University).
The David Landers Collection contains manuscript fragments from antiquity. Several of the manuscripts are from Egypt, including a Demotic business document on papyrus circa 600 BCE, a linen fragment from about 800 BCE, and a coffin fragment circa 1959 BCE - 1918 BCE. Other documents are Greek, including uncial fragments on papyrus from about the 4th Century. The collection is arranged into 7 folders.
Letters from Teilhard de Chardin to Diane de Margerie. Includes printed articles by and about Teilhard de Chardin. Four offprints bear inscriptions by Teilhard to Ambassador Roland de Margerie and his wife Jenny Fabre-Luce, parents of Diane de Margerie.
Diane de Margerie (b.1927), is a French writer and translator.
The collection contains records of course, lectures, and events held by the Kennedy Institute of Ethics from 1975 to 2014. It primarily consists of promotional materials, but it also includes some administrative records for certain courses and lectures.
The Michael de la Bedoyere papers primarily contain correspondence received from editors and colleagues of the Catholic Herald, as well as from other Catholic journals. Of interest is the correspondence exchanged between Count de la Bedoyere and the Catholic Herald concerning his resignation. Included is correspondence from several of the publishers of books by Count de la Bedoyere.
