Scope and Contents
An inscription in English at the top of page 1: "'Polonaise' of the opera 'The Robber Bride' arranged as a Rondo for the Pianoforte by Ferd. Ries Frankfort a/M 1830 to appear engraved the 15 of [August?] 1830 at Mr. Halve's in London – S Richault in Paris – Peters in Leipzig." Also inscribed at top is the opus number: "op. 158 no. 3"
