Scope and Contents From the Collection: The Anna M. Brady Papers consist of correspondence, manuscripts, and photographs that document the career of Anna M. Brady, a Catholic journalist who for many years was the dean of the Vatican press corps, covering synods, papal conclaves, and the Second Vatican Council. There is much about those events and about the Catholic Intercontinental Press. Of note is an extensive run of correspondence of Felix Morlion, O.P. Leopoldo Duran Papers

Scope and Contents The collection primarily contains correspondence from Graham Greene to Leopoldo Duran (1964-1990). It also includes correspondence from Vivien Greene, Hugh Greene (brother) and Elizabeth Dennys (sister). Of note is a common place book containing autograph entries by Greene dating from the late 1970s. This was a gift from Duran whose intention was for Greene to jot down notes about his readings and thoughts. Nicknamed "the Picasso" by Duran who conceived the idea after a visit to the Picasso...

The collection consists of the records of the Georgetown Ignatian Society and documents their efforts to have Georgetown University formally declared "un-Catholic" for their recognition of a pro-choice student group (GU Choice) and other offenses in the 1990s. It consists of their Petition to Cardinal Hickey, their Canon Law suits, correspondence, newspaper clippings, and anti-GU Choice buttons.
