Georgetown Solidarity Committee (GSC)
Two boxes. Box 1 contains Constitution, Mission Statement, histories by Ben Smith (B'99) and Andrew Milmore (C'01), and material re activities. Much relates to Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC) code of conduct protests, 1997-1998. Box 2 contains newspaper clippings, 1998-2006. Topics covered include CLC code and Living Wage Coalition (LWC).
Lemonstration Collection
Lemon encased in Plexiglass and flyer from “lemonstration” during which students placed around 6000 lemons against the door to the President’s Office while the Board of Directors was meeting inside. The students were protesting proposed increases in tuition and board and rising enrollment numbers.

Reference is made to civil rights activity, as well as to protests against the Vietnam War.
