Scope and Contents From the Series:

Series IV contains various materials that were either not part of John Long's subject files, or had become separated from them over time. The files consist of personal and family correspondence, published and unpublished manuscripts of Fr. Long and other members of the SPCU, notes and other material from courses attended by and taught by Father Long, photographs and photo albums, calendars and appointment books.

Scope and Contents From the Series: Series III, the Society of Jesus, contains Fr. Long's files pertaining to his formation and career as a Jesuit in the New York and Maryland Provinces, and his work beyond the SPCU in administering and teaching at Jesuit institutions such as the John XXIII Ecumenical Center and the Pontificio Collegio Russico, commonly known as Russicum.
