The collection consists of audiovisual recordings related to bioethics, the bulk of which are recordings of lectures delievered at the Kennedy Institute of Ethics (KIE). This includes the KIE's Intensive Bioethics Courses and Advanced Bioethics Courses. The recordings are in a variety of formats, including audio cassettes, compact discs, DVDs, micro cassettes, VHS cassette tapes, 1/4" open reel audio, and other formats.

Boxes 14 through 20 contain documents which focus on the history of Catholicism in particular geographic places in America, and they are arranged alphabetically by geographic area.
Predominantly photographic negatives of University events (including John Carroll Awards Weekend, reunion, and presidential inauguration of John J. DeGioia). Also includes various images of campus and headshots of faculty and staff.
The sub-series contains incoming and outgoing correspondence, primarily dating from EDP's tenure at Georgetown University, with a small amount dating from his time at Catholic University. It includes both GU and external professional correspondence.
