The individuals include government agency administrators, members of Congress, Democratic Party officials, leaders of interest groups and unions, Kentucky state leaders, and celebrities. Much of the correspondence pertains to matters of Congressional appropriations and legislation. The correspondence is arranged alphabetically by name of correspondent.
