Contains the diploma issued to Beall upon his graduation from the College of Arts and Sciences with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1941. Also includes the Purple Heart Certificate issued to Beall on June 14, 1943. Beall was killed in action in Tunisia on April 25, 1943.

The medals are on permanent display in the lobby of Georgetown University's Joseph Mark Lauinger Memorial Library.
