The collection consists of 3 folders, containing manuscripts of lectures and notes by William E. Leahy on the assassination of President Lincoln, 3 published articles on the assassination (dated between 1865-1891), and a photostatic copy of an autograph letter by Thomas E. Gardner on Booth's activites before and after the assassination (originally written in 1912).

Contents of this collection include numerous handwritten correspondence from Sr. Alma Regina to her editor, Father Shaundelle, the opening and middle chapters of her intended debut novel, and a completed short story named “The Magdalene.” All included documents are annotated and organized in chronological order, between the years of 1900 and 1906.
