Litterae annuae, or annual reports, written by Woodstock College that assess the success of the seminary and its missions in surrounding areas (photocopies). Unlike historia domus, litterae annuae provide information on the spiritual and apostolic progress of the house.

Triennial institutional or house histories, known as a historia domus, written for Woodstock College (photocopies). Unlike litterae annuae, these reports contain a chronological record of key events over the course of approximately three years (e.g., changes in administration, priestly anniversaries, and deaths).

Consultations specifically regarding the location and running of the provincial scholasticate, which would eventually be housed at Woodstock College beginning in 1869 (photocopies). Within these materials are often questions relating its governance and whether it should be moved elsewhere.
