This series contains material amassed by Ylitalo for the research and writing of his memoir concerning his diplomatic work in Finland in the late 1940s. His book is entiled, "Ylitalo: American" (Helsinki: Otava, 1982). Ylitalo's memoir was published in Finnish, but it has not been published in English yet.
