A photographic reproduction on albumin paper of a steel engraving of Liszt. Part of the "Gallerie Berühmter Meister" series produced by the Sophus Williams Kunstverlag, Berlin. A set of the cabinet cards in which this portrait appeared was advertised in a Hannover newspaper in 1883, so it is assumed that this card was produced before that date.
