Scope and Contents

The collection contains general instructions for interpreters employed at the Nuremberg military tribunals, as well as typed transcripts from several sessions. It also includes a report on Dresdner Bank and a newspaper clipping on denazification in German.

Most manuscripts collections at the Georgetown University Booth Family Center for Special Collections are open to researchers; however, restrictions may apply to some collections. Biographical Note

Prof. Stephan F. Horn (b. 1900), a native of Austria, served as interpreter at the Nuremberg trials before assuming a teaching career in the School of Languages and Linguistics at Georgetown University from 1949-1968.
