Scope and Contents
The collection consists of lecture notes, government printed pamphlets, manuscripts, correspondence, research, clippings, copies of transcripts and publications. The collection also includes materials related to Donaldson's terms as President of both Pi Kappa Phi and Delta Phi Epsilon in the mid-1930s. Highlights of the collection included a German barter proposal, materials on German-American economic relations, inter-War economic international plans, and other materials.Subjects covered by this collection include: United States foreign trade, Russia, war reparations, international relations, tariff relations, United States Trade Board, and Allied Forces' wartime debts.

Conditions Governing Access
Most manuscripts collections at the Booth Family Center for Special Collections are open to researchers; however, restrictions may apply to some collections.
