Scope and Contents
This series consists of materials relating to the finances and governance of the not-for-profit, including annual reports; its tax exempt status; and rent paid while headquartered in New York as well as early papers surrounding the founding of the journal; its bylaws and articles of incorporation; and its location and board of directors. Further, there are documents relating to the search for new editors-in-chief in 1967, 1990, and 1995.

Conditions Governing Access
Most manuscripts collections at the Georgetown University Booth Family Center for Special Collections are open to researchers; however, restrictions may apply to some collections. Collections stored off site require a minimum of three days for retrieval. For use of all manuscripts collections, researchers are advised to contact the Booth Family Center for Special Collections in advance of any visit.
