Contains TLS for the Hoover Institution on War, Revolution and Peace, Stanford, Calif., to MFH re the latter's gift of propaganda leaflets used by the Viet Cong against U.S. troops during the Vietnam War. Includes 20 page itemized list of the gift. Includes earlier correspondence from MFH re the sale of his collection of WWII propaganda leaflets (itemized list included).
