The John F. Stevens Papers consist of correspondence, manuscripts, news clippings, books, photographs, blueprints and maps collected by John F. Stevens. The Papers are arranged in 8 Series according to subject and material type, in 11 boxes and 1 map case drawer.

Container Summary

Carbons and xerox copies of 2 TLSs, one each from John F. Stevens and Eugene C. Stevens, II while the two were in Petrograd, Russia in July, 1917 written to Donald Stevens. The letters describe conditions in the city in 1917. The carbons are extremely fragile. Reference to the letters is made in the preceding folder (Folder 21).
