Manuscript #455: ALS dated May 20, 1904 (1 page) written on behalf of Algernon Charles Swinburne by Edmund Hake, secretary to Theodore Watts-Dunton. The letter is addressed to "Dear Sir" (not identified), re Walter Savage Landor: "...I have nothing whatever connected with Landor..." See also Curatorial file and Index card #455. Mayfield notes that "Hake wrote the ltr., Swinburne signed it with his initials A.C.S. and then Hake added the remainder of Swinburne's name: winburne."
