Manuscript #330: ALS dated August 9 [1875](2 pages) from Algernon Charles Swinburne to Andrew Chatto, requesting that some books be forwarded to Victor Hugo. See Curatorial file and Index card #330. Mayfield notes "There is no doubt this letter was written to Andrew Chatto of Chatto and Windus, Swinburne's publisher, and that its full date is 9 August 1875, just as Swinburne was leaving for a visit with Rev. Benjamin Jowett, Ashfield House, West Malvern, where he remained until 6 September. This letter...comes between letters 639 and 640 in LSL 3:53 [Lang]."
