Manuscript #308: ALS dated September 1, [1904](1 page), by actress Ellen Terry (1847-1928) from the Imperial Hotel in Bristol, requesting the purchase of "A Channel Passage and other Poems" (Chatto & Windus, 1904): "...I leave here Sunday morning, & if only I cd have the book for my train journey it wd give me some happy hours..."
