This folder [No. 2 of 3] consists of Parsons Papers general correspondence (1952-1953). Items of interest include: letter (Jan, 4, 1953) from America Magazine Editor Robert Hartnett, S.J., complains about the inadequacy of the America staff and the inability of the provincials to understand the calibre of staff needed; letter (Jan. 30, 1953) from Father Hartnett attempts to pacify Father Parsons over having had his column suppressed by America by explaining a few America Magazine procedural matters regarding the publication of particular items.
