This folder [No. 1 of 9] consists of Parsons Papers general correspondence (1927-1928) of Patrick F. Scanlan, Managing Editor of "The [Brooklyn] Tablet." Items of interest include: letter (Feb. 28, 1928) refuting Father Parsons' position regarding the responsibility of the Mexican clergy for the religious-political situation in Mexico; letter (Feb. 29, 1928) alleges religious bias and misconduct of Jews towards Catholicism.
