This folder consists of the "C" Correspondence (Jan.-Jun. 1940) of Francis X. Talbot, S.J., Editor of America Magazine (1936-1944). Items of interest include: letter (Mar. 4) has attached the bylaws of the Catholic Voters League; letter (Apr. 23) has attachments which deal with the topic of intolerance between Catholics and Protestants. Also attached is a typescript copies of the article "President Roosevelt's Vatican Appointment" by Bishop James Cannon, Jr., of the Methodist Church.
