This folder consists of the "M" Correspondence (Jun.-Dec.1932) of Wilfrid Parsons, S.J., Editor of America Magazine (1925-1936). Items of interest include: letter (Aug. 1) from a newspaper publisher alleging bias on the part of the Associated Press; letter (Aug. 26) and attachments concern birth control legislation. Included are two letters from Margaret Sanger; letter (Sept. 29) provide U.S. presidential election statistics for 1928 involving Alfred Smith; letter (Oct. 26) and its attachments concerns Mexican affairs; letter (Nov. 20) relates activities of white urban parish priest working among Negroes; letter (no date) from Father John LaFarge comments upon Negroes' self-image and refers to work done with Negroes at the Cardinal Gibbons Institute in Maryland.
