This folder contains the "M" Correspondence (1928) of Wilfrid Parsons, S.J., Editor of America Magazine (1925-1936). Items of interest include: letter (Mar. 10) concerns Mexican affairs and alleges public indifference on the matter due to a conspiracy of silence by the secular press; letter (Aug. 16) from a priest who complains of the worldliness of Catholics and alludes to the unseemly past of the Society of Jesus; letter (Oct. 6) discusses Leo XIII's encyclical "Rerum Novarum" as stressing some of the same values as expressed by Karl Marx.
