Items of interest include: letter (June 11, 1926) has an attachment which addresses the recent Eucharistic Congress and the history and meaning of the Jubilee; letter (July 6, 1926) relates details concerning England's Anglo-Catholic controversy; letter (Sept. 9, 1926) addresses the attempt of the Church in Mexico to amend the Mexican Constitution; letter (June 5, 1927) from a Catholic lay school teacher alleges bias of Catholic clergy against lay Catholic teachers; letter (Dec. 16, 1927) concerns the charges of alleged bribery of four U.S. senators and some newspapers pertaining to relations with Mexico.
