Items of interest include: letter (Mar. 10, 1932) concerning the repeal of the 18th [Prohibition] Amendment; letter (Oct. 29, 1932) to Father Parsons from a reader who requests a response in reference to an enclosed clipping from the NAACP's "Crisis" Magazine charging the Catholic Church with Negro discrimination.
