Container Summary
A draft of the article returned to Warnke by Anne H. Cahn with a note (TLS) suggesting that it be submitted to Morton Kondracke at the New Republic. A photocopy of that draft further amended in Warnke'e hand. Also, a photocopy of an article, "Arms Bazaar" by Robert C. Johansen as published in Harper's. It was sent to Warnke by Cahn a few weeks after her initial note.
