Includes enclosure of 1 TM radio transcript of the broadcast, "The Name You Will Remember: Major General Lucius D. Clay," a broadcast by William Lang on Radio Station WHN on Tuesday, June 5, 1945. Discussion of Clay's appointment as administrator of civil affairs in the American occupied zone of Germany.
