Byrnes, Secretary of State: 1 ALS (photocopy) dated 12/16/1945 in regard to watches for Joseph Stalin and Vyacheslav Molotov, 1 ALS (photocopy) dated 8/19/1946 regarding Clay's trip to Paris, and 1 TLS (photocopy) dated 9/10/1946 suggesting that statistics on the release of German prisoners of war be announced on radio. 1 TL (photocopy) dated 1/5/1946 from Byrnes to Clay with reference to a watch for Molotov.
