Container Summary
1 ALS in French from Jan Philip Roothaan, S.J. in Rome to Albert Roothaan wishing Albert a happy new year and commenting on the passage of time; stating that it is the highest honor to suffer for God than for anything else; asking Albert to thank Mr. Fisscher for a letter and a book he had received; complaining that the new government of Spain has no intention of reconciling with the Church and will probably remain unstable in the near future.
