Collection-level Scope and Content Note The Robert M. Wagner Papers consist mostly of brief letters between Georgetown University alumnus Richard M. Wagner (C'48) and his friends Bill and Hillary Clinton together with photographs of Wagner with the Clintons. Much of the correspondence concerns gifts of wine that Wagner gave to the Clintons.
