The collection documents the work of the Advisory Committee on Human Radiation Experiments (ACHR). It includes meeting briefing books, drafts of the final report and related records, background materials on experiments, and correspondence of ACHR Executive Director Dan Guttman. Bundy (1927-1987) was a professor at the University of Maryland, College Park, College of Library and Information Services. She was also one of the officers of Urban Information Interpreters, Inc., a non-profit organzation that sought to make information services accessible to the urban poor.
