Scope and Contents Note The John O'Leary Papers contain documents by and about John O'Leary (1947-2005), U.S. Ambassador to Chile from 1998 to 2001 during the Clinton Administration. The collection includes correspondence (much of it by e-mail), photographs, reports, contact lists, and photo albums. There are a few letters from George W.
