The manuscripts series is composed of documents relating to the study of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin's life and thought, including many documents from the Association des Amis de P. Teilhard de Chardin, the London Teilhard Centre as well as collected academic essays.
The printed materials series consists primarily of documents produced by the Association des Amis de Pierre Teilhard de Chardin S.J. and articles written and published by Teilhard scholars.
The Laminated Manuscripts Series consists of laminated correspondence and manuscripts by members of the Gallery of Living Catholic Authors. The Series is arranged in alphabetical order. Xerox copies of material in this series were placed in individual authors' files in the Individual Authors' Series. Box 67.

Contains copies of two articles which focus on the gardens associated the Villa le Balze: one published in "Das Werk" in December 1930 by Walter Mertens entitled "Toskanische Garten" and one published in "Journal of Garden History" in 1983 by Erika Neubauer entitled "The Garden Architecture of Cecil Pinsent, 1884-1964."
Contains invitations to two events: one celebrating the Administrator of Villa le Balze Agatha L. Clemente and one for a reception with Georgetown President Timothy S. Healy, S.J. held in 1981. The invitation for the event with Fr. Healy is in Italian.
Includes a copy of the deed for Villa le Balze, registration of the Florence, Italy branch of Georgetown University, official act by the President of the Italian Government approving Georgetown's ownership of the Villa, and paperwork related to the donation deed. Most of the documents are in Italian.

Also, in the case of the Clarke family, one A.K. Clark signs her name without the 'e' although it is likely that she is a member of the Clarke family. She also cites (her husband?) inconsistently as 'Mr. Clark' or 'Mr. Clarke.' Descriptions for each letter will use the spelling that the correspondent has used.
