The collection contains meeting briefing materials for Joseph P. Kennedy, Jr. Foundation Trustee's meetings held between 1976 and 1983. The materials all relate to the funding of the Kennedy Institute of Ethics (KIE) and the relations between Georgetown University and the Foundation. It includes project proposals, reports from the KIE to the Foundation, and internal KIE communications.

The Clarence J. McIntosh Papers consists of the correspondence sent by Mr. McIntosh to his family while stationed with the U.S. State Department in Saudi Arabia together with two photograph albums that contain the photographs taken while on diplomatic assignment in Ecuador and Saudi Arabia.

Leopoldo Duran Papers

Scope and Contents The collection primarily contains correspondence from Graham Greene to Leopoldo Duran (1964-1990). It also includes correspondence from Vivien Greene, Hugh Greene (brother) and Elizabeth Dennys (sister). Of note is a common place book containing autograph entries by Greene dating from the late 1970s. This was a gift from Duran whose intention was for Greene to jot down notes about his readings and thoughts. Nicknamed "the Picasso" by Duran who conceived the idea after a visit to the Picasso...

The John F. Farley Papers are a prime source for the study of the American West. The letters, telegrams, and clippings contained in it provide insight into Farley's career as chief of police in Denver, Colorado, from 1889 to 1915, as well as glimpses of his earlier work for the Thiel detective agency and as a cavalryman. Correspondents include G.H Thiel, mining king H.A.W. Tabor, Major Gerald Russell, and many others.
