Scope and Contents From the Collection:

The Graham Greene Papers include Greene's diaries and journals from his trips to Vietnam, Cuba, Panama, South Africa, Poland, Kuala Lampur, Kenya, and Haiti. Also present are manuscripts by Greene for "Monsignor Quixote" and "Getting to Know the General." There is some correspondence with Evelyn Waugh. Ephemera and clippings round out the collection.

Scope and Contents Robert Hinckley, American portrait artist, was born in Northampton, Massachusetts in 1853, the son of Samuel Lyman and Anne Cutler Parker Hinckley. Hinckley studied in Paris between 1864 - 1884, graduating from Ecole des Beaux Arts and working for a time with John Singer Sargent in the Atelier of Carolus Duran.
