This collection contains correspondence from Joseph A. Mulry, SJ to his nephew and niece as well as Advent conferences given while interned in Los Baños, Philippines. Also included are writings regarding his social action work in Manila and correspondence/reminiscences of Mulry after his death in 1945. Further, there are postcards of Philippine scenes collected by Mulry and several photographs of the priest.

The collection includes 501 imperial carte de visite photographs, principally of members of Congress from 1872 to 1876, many of the photographs being embellished by added signatures trimmed from letters or other documents.
