This series consists predominantly of Fr. Welch's near-daily journals (1888-1904) as well as materials related to his Golden Jubilee (1901); his and his father's wills (1866-1901); two carte de visite photographs (1863-1886); ecclesiastical permissions (1850-1896); and correspondence (1791, 1841-1901). Please note that journal (II), covering 8-18-1889 to 4-7-1891, is missing from this collection.
Other spiritual writings: "of penitence"; "of the perfection of God"; "de conscientia"; and "the world."
This series includes personal papers such as correspondence, biographical information and genealogical research, and materials related to travel. Of special note is Fr. Repetti's autobiographical writings in which he discusses his internment in Ateneo de Manila and Los Baños during World War II (folders 5-8).
