This series contains the Alphabetical Subject Files kept by O'Leary for his own reference on topics that were important during the time that he was in Chile (1998-2001). They consist mostly of news articles giving background information and summaries of the issues. There is also some correspondence, including email, and a few printed speeches and programs contained in the subject files.
Series 3 consists of chronological correspondence of John L. Brown from 1932 through 1974. The correspondence is arranged in chronological order. In each folder, both correspondents writing to Brown and correspondents receiving letters from Brown are listed.
This series consists of America Magazine General Correspondence. Within this series will be found folders filed by topic and/or names of specific individuals to and from whom correspondence was either addressed or received. In addition, one will occasionally find correspondence which predates the founding of America Magazine. This particular type of correspondence, normally addressed to Father Wynne, the founding editor, was incorporated into the America Magazine general file.
Correspondence, reports and printed materials relating to CVHE's diplomatic service in Turkey and the Hague from 1915 to 1920. A second series with similar materials can be found at the end of the collection (donated at a later date than this set).
