The Donn B. Murphy Papers contain correspondence, scripts, articles, photographs, and other material relating to the career of Donn B. Murphy as teacher and director of dramatic theater at Georgetown University, primarily, with some material relating to work as director of the National Theater, Washington, D.C.

Contains a scrapbook for the 1963 production of Bonaparte! (Calliope IV). The scrapbook includes a program, fliers for the production and for tryouts, cast lists, seating charts, publicity and production photographs, press releases, and hand-written thank you notes to Donn Murphy from students. Also includes 6 black and white photographs from the Stalag 17 production in 1955.
