The Vivien Greene papers consist of six letters written to Vivien Greene, the wife of noted English Catholic author Graham Greene. A letter from Graham to Vivien sent from Berlin, Germany, refers to the Berlin Wall restrictions. Other correspondents include Tom Cordishley, Marie Belloc Lowndes, and Columba Ryan. The letters date mostly from the 1940s.

Scope and contents note The collection consists of the personal files relating to British author Antonia White (1899-1980) maintained by Carmen Callil, founder and editor of Virago Press. Callil was also White's co-literary executor together with White's daughters Lyndall Hopkinson Passerini and Susan Chitty. A collection of manuscripts for various works by American author and screenwriter Mary O’Hara (1885-1980), including the novella and musical screenplay “The Catch Colt”, “The Wyngate Children”, as well as the complete manuscript for her autobiography “Flicka’s Friend.” Also included is sheet music for compositions by O’Hara: “Green Grass of Wyoming” (1946), and “The Wind Harp” (1954).
