One Protective Pass for Enyedy Laszlo from the Apostolic Nunciature in Budapest, issued by Monsignor Angelo Rotta in 1944. As Papal Nuncio, Rotta issued passes such as this to protect Jews from the Nazi Holocaust in Budapest.
The Russell B. Shaw Papers comprise 4.5 linear feet consisting of 43 folders arranged in three boxes. The papers consist almost exclusively of manuscripts of eight books written by Shaw and two books co-authored by C. A. Koob and Germain Grisez.
Correspondence, memoranda, minutes, printed material and photographs concerning Phillips Temple's national chairmanship of "Catholic Book Week" in February, 1949. The program was sponsored annually by the Catholic Library Association to "stimulate the reading and writing of Catholic literature in various forms." Temple served as librarian of Riggs Memorial Library at Georgetown University from 1937 to 1954.
